We're located 2576 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120. We have a storefront if you prefer to shop in-store. You can google the store to look at pictures inside

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We ship the same day. As long the order is placed before 5pm. Monday through Friday. We can ship on Saturday as long the order is placed before 1pm. Tracking numbers will be updated same day as shipment. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 to 3 business, please email us at teesboutique05@yahoo.com

What if there is an issue with the item?
Damage outfits or wrong size shipped on our end. We'll gladly exchange the item. If we're out of the item in your size. We'll issue a refund asap

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at teesboutique05@yahoo.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship to different states. Fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time in the US is 2 to 3 business days.
